Important Dates

Monday 5th September | Deadline for:
  • Registering team passes
  • AV and Furniture orders
  • Purchasing a lead scanning licence if desired

Friday 9th September | Deadline for:
  • (If using a 3rd party contractor) Submitting contractor RAMS/insurance liabilities to George in advance of being onsite

Tuesday 13th September | Deadline for: 
  • Deliveries to the venue on or before this date
  • If required, please drop off your seat-drop materials to the Rework onsite team
Friday 16th September | Deadline for: 
  • The collection of materials from the venue

Stand Packages

The standard space-only stand package includes the following:

  • 3m x 2m exhibit space
  • 1x rectangular table (or cocktail table for startup sponsors)
  • 2x chairs
  • 1x power socket access - please bring an extension cable

Setup

Tuesday 13 & Wednesday 14 September

Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up between 6.30-10pm on the Tuesday and from 7am on the Wednesday.

Breakdown

Thursday 15 September

Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 6pm on the Thursday. All packages must be collected within 24 hours of the event close.
